About this course
Since 2 August 2026, national authorities in the EU can ask a simple question: what has your organisation done so that your people use AI safely? Article 4 of the AI Act, as amended in 2026, asks providers and deployers to take measures that support the AI literacy of their staff. It does not ask you to guarantee a level. It does ask you to be able to show what you did.
The webinar is held in Serbian. In 60 minutes we cover what that means in practice and what a credible answer looks like. Then we show, live, how AI agents already handle real work in companies: answering customers, qualifying inquiries and automating routine tasks.
Agenda
- 25 minutes: Article 4 after the 2026 amendment. Who it applies to, what counts as a measure, and what evidence holds up: a defined syllabus, training hours on record, an external exam.
- 25 minutes: AI in practice. A live demo of AI chat and voice agents on real business tasks, and what it takes to run them responsibly.
- 10 minutes: Your questions.
