About this certification
Holders of this AI end user certificate have basic knowledge of the risks and legal frameworks associated with the use of generative AI in the EU. In addition, they have the fundamental skills to use generative AI technologies effectively.
\nUnder Article 4 of the EU AI Act, companies must ensure employees working with AI have sufficient AI literacy. This certificate confirms the holder has demonstrated the required literacy for the safe and effective use of generative AI.
\nPrerequisites
\nThe exam to obtain the relevant certificate can be taken without attending a corresponding training course. However, we strongly recommend attending a relevant training course at one of our accredited training organisations (ATO). You can find dates at [Trainings](https://www.ico-cert.org/events).
