About this certification
Holders of this certificate possess advanced knowledge of the AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) as they relate to the operation of Artificial Intelligence systems within organizations in the European Union. They understand the structure, applicability, and legal requirements of these regulations and are equipped to ensure their effective and compliant implementation. Additionally, holders are familiar with the key provisions of other relevant legislation governing the use of AI in the EU.
